I came to CLH Insurance Agency in the spring of 2016. At the time CLH Insurance had a very basic website and not very user friendly. At the start of 2017 we were introduced to the STEPS program from Auto-Owners and that is when I was introduced to Joy. The STEPS program was very easy from start to finish. Joy sent me 10-12 different websites to look at and asked if any were appealing to us. After I picked the website design, we simply had to provide carrier information along with our agency personnel and a few brief paragraphs talking about who we are and what we can provide for our clients. After that, we submitted a few pictures and color schemes. The rest is history.

Now, conducting business with Joy and the rest of her team at STEPS is as easy as an email or phone call. I send Joy an email with my ideas and her team comes through every time. The STEPS team informs you when the change is processed and sends you a link to see the new changes made to your website.
